RecommendedI first contacted Foundation Pro in April due to a small crack I had at the back of my house. Chris Perez came out and looked at it as well as checking for unlevel walls and floors. He told me at that time that it didn’t require immediate attention but that he would check back at the end of the summer. I called him in mid-August after discovering a new crack that appeared in a matter of days. He came right out and looked at it and recommended that repairs be made as soon as possible. RecommendedI would highly recommend Foundation Pro. We were referred to them by our Realtor friend because we were having some separation in our floor planks that indicated a compromise in our foundation. Jeff came out and analyzed and felt that it wasn't anything serious, but that when we started replacing the flooring we should call them when the old stuff was removed so they could put in concrete staples, if needed.
