Fourmile is the best. It is very clean, everyone is super friendly, and they are efficient. But most importantly, Dr. McGinniss is so wonderful! She truly cares about my animals, which is the most important thing I look for when choosing a vet. I am always super happy with the service there, and it's at a great price.
Although they do not do horses anymore, I have nothing but good to say about Eskridge Vet Clinic that I have used for over ten years. I had to have ranch calls since they do not have large animal (horses) facilities, but they treated my horse with much care and certainly know how to handle an animal, very important when an animal is in distress and I always felt comfortable with Lisa. We are new to the area and we needed a veterinarian to examine our dog Beau because of a swallowing issue after he ate some grass . The front desk realized this could be a possible emergency. They made an appointment for beau to be seen asap . Dr Menegatti and staff did a great job helping Beau . We are very happy with the service and will use them again .
Fourmile is the single cleanest veterinary office I have ever been to! Drs. Doug Nicodemus, Maranda Nicodemus, and Sarah McGinniss are simply amazing. If you want top notch animal care at a good price, go to Fourmile. It's worth the drive from the Springs.
They have been my vet for many years and DR Jeremy Ley is the greatest. Just took my Shih Tzu, Soap, for a small growth on his head and Jeremy explained to me what is was and the the level of severity. He assured me that it wasn't something I had to remove, just to keep an eye on it. I decided to have it removed and he did it that same visit without having to put my baby under deep anesthesia. Wonderful wonderful people. Very professional, compassionate, kind and caring! We recently had to have our big dog euthanized due to a terminal condition. The staff was so supportive! I highly recommend them!!!!
My mom's chiweenie, Ginger had been a patient since my mom moved to Canon City in 2022. Ginger had a history of seizures & more recently heart issues. On Wednesday 11/5 Ginger experienced a seizure that she struggled to "snap out of." My mom called late in the day around 4 and this office shut her down, told her to drive to Springs & take her to the emergency vet there. She just wanted to know if there was any hope. I took my dog, Piper, in for her first check up. Everyone was very sweet and gentle to Piper. The check up was quick. Piper was healthy, they said. She acted like it then. Not quite three weeks later she started acting funny. She would 'pass out', fall over, but still conscious. It scared the daylights out of me when she had her first episode in front of me. Our dog was bit multiple times by a rattlesnake on our property. Brought the dog in to get anti-venom and we were told they're not taking new patients. I explained that I am not a new patient and that my dog just need an anti-venom, but we were turned away. I then had to drive my injured dog into Pueblo where we found a veterinarian that actually cares about animals to treat our dog.
