Austin did a great job during our pest control service. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of our questions. We appreciated the helpful information he shared and his attention to detail. Overall, a smooth experience with excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I was scheduled for my quarterly treatment today. I had contacted Fox prior to this appointment specifically requesting that I NOT have the last technician that came, come back and do another treatment. We just did not hit it off. When said Technician called me today asking "Why I didn't want him to come" I was a little taken back. He became confrontational and I asked him to cancel my appointment. Brandon has become our regular tech and he is very knowledgeable and reliable and extremely kindhearted. I always get heads-up before arrival time. I always get quick turnaround for dead mouse removal. And as an added bonus, Brandon is also great with our dogs, who are rescues and one is nippy. He taught me helpful tips and was willing to get beyond the intro and earn her trust.

We have been using this company for several years. They come to our home when they say that they will. They call before coming to find out if there are any additional pests that they need to be aware of and they do a thorough and clean job. When recently we had a black ant probabem in our home, there were there within a day to take care of the situation. It was also in the cost of our contract. They have done this for us before as well. I would strongly recommend getting multiple opinions before hiring this company. They came out and quickly insisted that I had a rat infestation, claimed my insulation needed to be completely replaced, and provided a quote of over $15,000. After the initial shock wore off, I decided to have 3 other companies provide quotes and do an inspection. No idea what their service is like but they go around door to door on numerous occasions without their solicitation badges. Asking questions they have absolutely no business asking. Walking into people's garages and being beyond nosey. I would absolutely never use this company due to the way there employees go around to houses even after they were told don't silicate. Even after calling and talking to a manager with FOX I doubt they will stop coming by harassing homeowner and their families.

This is been a very strained relationship. It is hard to determine if this company is incompetent or nefarious. Either are inexcusable. Their business model is to force you into a subscription service. They spray for bees in December (New England), they say they spray for spiders and wood bees in spring and early summer... I have more spiders and wood bees within a month of a spray than I have ever had. I ask for them to return to spray, they do not. There is no accountability.
