I had a great experience from this company the minute I called the customer service. They had someone at my house for inspection within hours. They explained everything and took their time. Their technician follow up visits have been very productive as well. Both techs have been really great so far too! They answer all my questions and phone calls. Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. Then when I called them back to reschedule they sent me someone that day. He calls on his way and said he was told it was for fleas or something very incorrect.
