Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. Carlos from Fox Pest Control has consistently taken great care of my house for years. He is professional and courteous. When scheduling quarterly appointments I always request Carlos. He is thorough, neat and he knows exactly what my concerns are. I had no issues with crickets in my basement this year as he knew exactly where he needs to place sticky pads. Carlos is considerate as to always wear booties when entering my house without me having to ask.
