Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. Then when I called them back to reschedule they sent me someone that day. He calls on his way and said he was told it was for fleas or something very incorrect. Carlos from Fox Pest Control has consistently taken great care of my house for years. He is professional and courteous. It makes a tremendous difference to have a consistent technician, who knows my house and knows how to treat the trouble areas. I highly recommend Fox Pest Control to everyone. Carlos has serviced our home for over one year now since our first run in with mice last winter. Ever since his first visit I have never seen mice again! He continually checks in to make sure any other problems we have had are taken care of. He is so kind, professional and VERY thorough. We feel so well taken care of by Carlos !
