Everything from start until cancellation was shady. I was pressured by a door to door salesman to get this package that would “cover everything”. When I really needed them, I called about a bee problem. They arranged a service for the bees that initially were outside my home and have now have made it inside. Cancelled due to weather. I’ve been using Fox Exterminating for a while now and the service has been consistently great, but I especially want to call out Joe. He’s been my technician several times and he’s honestly the reason I stick with them. Joe is always on time, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. He explains what he’s treating, why it’s needed, and what to expect afterward without rushing or talking over you.
