Called Fox Pest control to have a treatment for mice. The person who came to treat my house for the mice was nice. He placed mouse traps where I wanted them. My biggest complaint is I paid 324 for their services and they gave me old wooden mouse traps by 10PM the same day the moves had eaten the bait but no trap was triggered. For 324 I should have gotten a better treatment but instead the gave me traps that cost less then the services paid which I could have done myself. Zachary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, came for a routine quarterly check and application, we notified him of a mouse issue. He was extremely helpful. He knew exactly where to check, how to follow their path getting into our home, checked the perimeter, knew exactly what to look for and sealed spots on our exterior while setting trap boxes and traps to make sure the issue would be fully resolved. Jacob did a great job. He announced he was here and told us what he was going to do. We watched him go around the house brushing the windows, then returned to each window applying something. Very pleased with him.
I received an exceptional job from John B. tough last name to remember but I can go on and on and about his character and personality. He is so kind and courteous and polite, he communicated effectively before he got here he told me exactly what he was going to do while. He is thoughtful and thorough, he is simply a phenomenal human being and trust worthy I left him there while he was working, he set goals and expectations for the next two weeks he did a superb job I look forward to having John Everytime going forward.
Colin just serviced our property for a mouse problem. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough with his work. He gave me suggestions and took several steps to fix our problem. He will follow up with another visit in 2 weeks and they will keep coming back to insure the issue is resolved. I am totally satisfied with our service from Fox Pest Control and I would recommend their service to anyone.
