Kyle showed up same day on time and was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do and then did each step, was very organized and kept house clean when entering and exiting the house and informed us when he was done. Was very knowledgeable about each process and explained they will come back if we see any issue later. Wife and I are very happy with Kyle and Fox Pest as the stink bugs are all over. Monthly cost is much lower after the initial visit.

Joel serviced my property in the 14621 area and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed and thorough, asked great questions, and took all the necessary precautions throughout the visit. Joel was very informative, explained preventative steps clearly, and genuinely cared about doing his role the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly appreciated and recommend his service.

Hello, I truly enjoyed the great reviews posted. My experience was being told one version of services and cost, to have it changed with out my knowledge or consent. It went from a quarterly bill to a monthly bill. I had a worker coming out well after the designated time from and then broke in to my baracaded back yard that prevented my dogs (Pit Bulls) from getting out or at someone, she took an unnecessary and unauthorized chance. They were very pleasant over the phone through it all.

Daniel provided us with excellent service. He was respectful of us and our property. He listened so he could understand our concerns. He made sure we understood what he was going to do, what to expect after he left, and let us know he would be following up with us in two weeks. Thank you Daniel.

Marissa is an excellent tech. She is kind, courteous and very professional. She explains what she doing or about to do and stated several times how much she loves her job. I'm very happy with the service and have personally asked to have Marissa as our tech.
