Joel serviced my property in the 14621 area and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed and thorough, asked great questions, and took all the necessary precautions throughout the visit. Joel was very informative, explained preventative steps clearly, and genuinely cared about doing his role the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly appreciated and recommend his service.

Hi, First Daniel appears to be friendly and professional. I asked him for 2 specific things: 1. Pls dong ring the doorbell and Dianel explained it was not in my file. I've requested this since my family and I have started using their service. Daniel explained he will make note of it, fair enough, and not his fault. 2. I asked him to watch out for dog poop. Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work.
