The technicians were so very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were 2 of them as one was in training. They were both efficient and really seemed to enjoy both doing their jobs and enjoyed being together. Honestly, every technician I’ve had come to the house has been wonderful and speaks so highly of Fox Pest Control.
Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work. Fox has great customer service, it is quick and easy to schedule a technician to come out as needed. With that being said, there is only ONE technician we are willing to have come as he is the ONLY one that does a thorough and honest job. Tony is polite, thorough, informative and goes above and beyond each time. I believe he would still be the best even if other technicians were any good. Cynthia left a very detailed review of her work. Her work was very complete and I believe her work was more extensive than previous techs. She noticed and attended to her concerns of the exterior of the garage. I am planning to reside the garage this coming year which should correct the current problem. Bravo Cynthia! Job well done!
