This company really is thoughtful and helpful. There were some billing issues and they took care of it super quick and really went above and beyond. They responded quickly and were so nice - I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Adrian came out and was so respectful and polite. Unfortunately he could not do treatment today but they quickly rescheduled for a couple days out. Thank you!!
Every aspect of this experience of working with Fox has been stellar. When I called in, Chad was extremely helpful, and had a technician out here within less than 24 hours of my call. Terrell our technician was professional, knowledgeable and personable and was beyond thorough in our initial appointment and treated so many of our emergent issues right then and there while explaining everything to us in incredible detail. Had a wonderful 1st visit experience with John B today! He was friendly while he explained what and where he would be applying. He let me know when he was done and reminded me to keep my 2 dogs inside while the product dried. I hope all Fox employees are like John. If so, our family looks forward to future scheduled visits despite the reasons why!
A great place takes very good care of there customers. John v is the person you wanna have as you pest control guy. He is awesome, easy to talk to and really covers all his bases. Really great job!!!!
We had our home treated for ants about 2 weeks ago. The initial treatment didn't work as well as we'd hoped so we called back Fox. They were ready and willing to send out a technician, at no charge, to reapply treatment, focusing on newly found problem areas. Olivia was friendly, capable and accommodating. I appreciated the information she gave me throughout the process and her professionalism. So far, so good!
