Fox probably has the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. They're affordable and the treatments every three months definitely work. From those in the office to the techs that come out to do the treatments, everyone has always been so kind. Almost two years doing business with them. I highly recommend!

Called Fox Pest control to have a treatment for mice. The person who came to treat my house for the mice was nice. He placed mouse traps where I wanted them. My biggest complaint is I paid 324 for their services and they gave me old wooden mouse traps by 10PM the same day the moves had eaten the bait but no trap was triggered. For 324 I should have gotten a better treatment but instead the gave me traps that cost less then the services paid which I could have done myself. They are very thorough and efficient. What they use has been very effective in every area of my property from the inside to the outside. They are very kind, courteous and respectful. They’re willing to educate you and to answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. I’m so glad that they came knocking, and I accepted their business! Excellent service. We have a mice problem, and they were able to send Raymond out today who was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. He set several traps, and sealed up some holes and pointed out where they might be coming from. Great that they could send someone the same day we called them. Good job!

He did plug up a hole in my garage to prevent rodents but I'm not impressed with my deck when I went out to fill my bird feeders today. This is a new technician that I've not had before.
