Fox pest control has been helping me for a couple years now and do a great job. I initially needed help ridding my garage of carpenter ants. They took care of that problem and the ants haven't returned. David provided excellent service during their most recent visit. I highly recommend them.
We had our home treated for ants about 2 weeks ago. The initial treatment didn't work as well as we'd hoped so we called back Fox. They were ready and willing to send out a technician, at no charge, to reapply treatment, focusing on newly found problem areas. Olivia was friendly, capable and accommodating. I appreciated the information she gave me throughout the process and her professionalism. So far, so good!
John B has been my technician for years. He is always on-time, and professional, and is very communicative about the service that he provided. Any time I call the office with questions or pest concerns I am able to talk to a real person who is always happy to address my concerns and send John out to assist. Josh did a great job I it’s less than 24 hours since he was here and my aunt problem is almost completely eradicated and that’s faster than I expected. He was very thorough both inside and out and trying to eliminate avenues of entry to my house is pleasant clean And efficient. I’ve been with Fox for a couple years now and they have been very supportive and very helpful.
