Joel serviced my property in the 14621 area and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed and thorough, asked great questions, and took all the necessary precautions throughout the visit. Joel was very informative, explained preventative steps clearly, and genuinely cared about doing his role the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly appreciated and recommend his service.

The technicians were so very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were 2 of them as one was in training. They were both efficient and really seemed to enjoy both doing their jobs and enjoyed being together. Honestly, every technician I’ve had come to the house has been wonderful and speaks so highly of Fox Pest Control.

Sydnee was amazing today. She noticed an issue that I planned to report to Fox (but it kept slipping my mind). A 'deck box' I keep on my front porch to store firewood had been infested by yellowjackets. She called me before starting the work and we worked out a plan together. She took the time and care to preserve as much wood as possible and only apply pesticides to the pieces necessary. I am very happy with the communication and thoroughness of her work. Cynthia left a very detailed review of her work. Her work was very complete and I believe her work was more extensive than previous techs. She noticed and attended to her concerns of the exterior of the garage. I am planning to reside the garage this coming year which should correct the current problem. Bravo Cynthia! Job well done!
