Joel serviced my property in the 14621 area and did an excellent job. He was extremely detailed and thorough, asked great questions, and took all the necessary precautions throughout the visit. Joel was very informative, explained preventative steps clearly, and genuinely cared about doing his role the right way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly appreciated and recommend his service.

Marissa is an excellent tech. She is kind, courteous and very professional. She explains what she doing or about to do and stated several times how much she loves her job. I'm very happy with the service and have personally asked to have Marissa as our tech.

The technicians were so very pleasant and knowledgeable. There were 2 of them as one was in training. They were both efficient and really seemed to enjoy both doing their jobs and enjoyed being together. Honestly, every technician I’ve had come to the house has been wonderful and speaks so highly of Fox Pest Control.

Fox has great customer service, it is quick and easy to schedule a technician to come out as needed. With that being said, there is only ONE technician we are willing to have come as he is the ONLY one that does a thorough and honest job. Tony is polite, thorough, informative and goes above and beyond each time. I believe he would still be the best even if other technicians were any good. Any other technician that has come did nothing, and lied about it. Our contract is far to expensive to deal with anyone but Tony. Five st... read more

My technician Riley, spent a good amount of time answering question I had pertaining to equipment and treatment that I found interesting. He was very thorough and I told him I appreciated the Fox Service in the little over a year I have been a customer.
