I am always impressed with Fox Pest Control and their technicians that come to perform the service. Always on time for appts, flexible to meet my schedule and immediate pest needs as they sometimes come up. Very courteous and professional. Service is effective and pet safe. The technicians always announce their arrival, if you are not home through Ring or phone and check with you for any concerns you may have. Met with technician and he explained what service was going to done. I requested that he treat the garage area which was completed along with the exterior of the house. I am pleased with the work and advice given.

This company is the most unreliable pest control company I've ever dealt with. We make appointments and they don't show up. We arranged our day to make sure someone is at the house not. Knowing when during the 4 hour spread they will arrive, then they don't show and don't call. One they told us we didn't make an appointment. They gladly took the $270.00 my daughter paid them. But we still have bugs and they aren't living up to the contract. This has been a very frustrating experience. Don't hire them.

We never have a problem with them. Kevin is awesome and through. They are consistent and will always come back out in between services if needed. The people in the office are very friendly as well.
