People prolly rate them low because of the shuttle waiting time, but the rest, perfect customer service, better than some big names out there. Not a single problem.

I travel once a month and have been doing this for years. So I rent a lot of vehicles from all over, and usually chose the cheapest option, so I usually figure you get what you pay for. And after reading all the reviews and seeing the amount of stars this place has on Facebook and yelp I was not going into this experience with alot of confidence. Very great experience with Fox. Very fast pick up and drop off. Very professional and helpful staff. Vehicle was very clean and had no problems. I will use Fox again in the future.
Very good experience in Denver
I was reading the reviews and became nervous about our upcoming experience with the Fox, but to our pleasant surprise, shuttle service from airport was prompt, line to get our car moved quickly. Farah gave amazing customer service, she was quick, friendly and efficient. 4 runner was nice. Downside was that we rented thru hopper app for $242.40, our end price was $583.42….big difference. We did upgrade to 4 runner but at almost double. Overall be watchful of hidden fees but customer service on point.
Rented, what I thought online, was a 4 door Jeep Wrangler. Get there checked in and it’s a Mitsubishi Outlander. Get in, stinks of weed. Ask for an exchange and it’s another 15 minute wait. Cheapest rental at airport is why I chose fox. Other than that, 1/5 stars

I had a interesting experience with Fox Rent a Car in Denver. I arrived 5 hours early and was met by the manager Andrew. Andrew was great and accommodated myself and my partner very well. A mix up occurred where I ended up taking the wrong car and had to return due to some paperwork. I was given a discount and a free tank of gas. Upon clarification if what this meant I was told to bring the car back at whatever level of gas it was at upon completing my rental and I would not be charged.
