Horrible, called the company 2 days before my trip with concerns about rent a car, with my level of license and my age I was given the green light from the representative on the phone that it would be a 15 extra charge on my per day, I get to the place the decline me due to my age, which is completely unacceptable because I had called them prior and was told I could, I was stranded in ******* for 2+hours trying to find a work around,I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY

They stole $670 from my elderly mom, after we paid the $350 quoted bill in advance, and in full. Its time to expose this company for strong arm robbery and extortion.

They are more affordable with the daily rental rates but there are a lot of hidden charges. The charged me $94 for gas when the tank was full when I returned it. I didnt even have the car for the full time and had only driven it maybe 5 miles. They said I would receive a refund because I returned it the day after I picked it up but all theyve done is charge me. I will never use them again and recommend using more reputable companies and spending the extra money.

We recently rented a car from ****************** airport. The agent asked me if I would like to do prepaid fuel as it was competitive in the area. So obviously to save time. I got it. Well he did NOT MENTION AT ALL. They would charge me for a FULL TANK OF GAS. 116 dollars and we brought it back with more than 3/4 of a tank. I tried calling. The prepaid fuel service is purchased for either a half or a full tank of fuel, and as stated on the paperwork there is not a refund for any unused portion of the prepaid fuel. Reserved car online for $435. My wife picked it up and was billed over $1000. The car made it 2 hours into her trip and broke down. After finally getting customer service, was advised it would be a 4 hour wait for a new ride. After 4 hours, called again and was told driver just made it to the rental place and it would be an additional 2 hour wait for home to get there. Wiuld give 0 stars if possible

I would not rent a car from them again. First when I got to the rental place they wanted me to get insurance. Of course they all want you to buy the insurance. I had to tell him no 4 times. He just kept pushing. Then he wanted me to pay $12 a day for tolls. Again kept pushing at this point it was 9:30 pm I was exhausted from traveling and had a 2 hour drive ahead of me. I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Their fine print and hidden fees are a trap. I made a reservation and then my flight got changed. I needed to add a day they told me I had to cancel and rebook to add a day. But you lose 25% of your total cost as a forfeit. Do not rent from Fox!

Bad costumer service i was charge twice for insurance and manager at location did not care or when i called costumer service. Never will rent from them again or will recommend nobody to do so.

The charge fees and never explain said it was in car rental agreement they never gave me one I asked questions regarding gas and tolls they out and out lied I used less than a quarter if a tank of gas and was charged ***** for gas even though I asked about gas. I was told I would only pay for what I used I asked about tolls and was told I could just pay the tolls laughable since where I was in ***** there was no way to pay tolls Then I get a bill for ***** in tolls and a 30 administrative fee Horrible car rental place never ... read more
