AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They basically stole from me. I didn't look up any reviews of Fox because I figured they were trustworthy if they were partnered with Priceline. Anyway, I booked a car with them through Priceline. We were given no communication about what to bring other than some form of payment in the name of the driver. Since our credit card is in my wife's name and because she would be home with the kids, I left it with her and travelled without it. We do have our debit card policy available on our website and in the rental policies supplied to Priceline at booking to avoid any surprises at pick up. A refund would not be issued by Fox Rent a Car as payment was made to Priceline. Please contact Priceline for a refund of the reservation due to the debit card policy. Thank you.

Booked a reservation through Price line for a total of $315.00 for a five day rental. When we arrived at Phx Sky Harbor/ Fox car rental office, they offered me the option of paying for insurance, which I declined and pre pd fuel which I didn't have a choice, $53.00. The folks explained to me the difference between my reservation total and the price I was applying to my card, was the deposit of $150, the fuel cost and tax(which was part of the reservation total). DO NOT Trust The Online Quote I'm from Australia and booked a car online on Oct. 16, 2021 to pick up at MCO on Nov. 16, 2021 and price quoted was $US1,064.07 for the 21 days. When I arrived just before midnight closing time and checked in at their MCO office, I was suddenly charged $US1877.14 being OVER $US800 extra. Apparently Loss Damage Waiver @ $US 23.99 per day is a requirement, yet in their Terms and Conditions it IS NOT. I was lied to about this. Rented a car in Denver for a weekend in the middle of September through Priceline for what we thought was going to be $175. Service agent ran through a 30 second explanation that was unclear of exactly what they were saying. I should have stopped them there before signing, but I figured it was general terms and agreement. We returned the car and saw that we were charged over $1200. Figured it was the deposit. I normally don't write reviews but I want to warn renters of my god-awful experience with Fox at their Ft. Myers location. First, the agent isn't truthful. They told me that I should use their gas for filling up the car at $3.29/gallon as it was supposedly lower priced than what I could get outside. I declined and found that all gas stations were lower than $3.29. Second, we complained about the car being filthy inside. The agent said that they don't necessarily clean cars between renters. Would give 0 if possible. Rents damaged cars. Reserved a car (hybrid) but when arrived for pickup our 'reserved' car was gone. Do not rent from this company unless you're ok with getting less than expected - at full price. We are extremely disappointed with every aspect of this rental. We will not trust this business again.

Absolutely Trash Company! Rented from them in Phoenix and was involved in a hit and run. I have all the police paperwork and all the reports and they are still coming after me for $1200. What turned out to be a rough experience on my end is even worse because of a garbage car rental company. Oh and yes, the other person was caught but they are still coming after me for my money and making the whole experience terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. We landed at the Denver, Colorado, Airport and caught a shuttle to FOX RENT A CAR to pick up our car rental. The agent at the counter told us that if we were going to Colorado Springs or Estes Park we would have tolls of $200.00. Five $20 tolls going and five coming back. We were taking the interstate west towards Colorado Springs, then heading north to Estes Park. The agent said it would be much cheaper to pay the $11/day toll pass *** ($88 for us) than the $200. I rented a car from Fox rent a car on Nov.3 rd in Denver, Co. They don't show you the contract. They just ask you to sign here here here. It was dark, cold, and I was exhausted. The next day I decided I wanted to return the car. I was informed that they would charge me $36 a day for every day that I booked and do not use the car. I asked them to show me this in the contract, and they said it's not in the contract. It's on their website. It takes about six clicks on their website to find it.
