The worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. I arrived at 12 am after my plane was delayed and nobody was there and the sign said it closed at 12:30. So me and my family had to sleep in the airport for 5 hours until they open. You can’t get ahold of anyone ever we where on hold with them for over 3 hours and never spoke to anyone, and to top it off they wont give a refund because I paid in advance. The car stinks not well maintained and they were very rude. I will never recommend fox to any one ever.

This place is a joke! We made a reservation and just needed to add 1 day sooner and they wouldn't do it. They said we had to cancel and forfeit the full amount to only rebook and pay the another whole reservation... That's paying double to just ADD ONE DAY! They have horrible customer service. I don't know how a place like this is in business.

rented a car through priceline after taking airport shuttle to fox parking lot they were closed. The information desk for the airport said that closed at 10 pm. My reservation was for 12am. and there website says they close at 12:30.
This was the worst experience ever with Fox. They are deceptive and add fees you did not agree to on your contract. Each time I called, they had heavy call volume and hung up on me. I called for 3 days straight!!! Sergio at the rental counter is not to be trusted at O'Hare Airport!!! I sent additional feedback internally after I complained when I took the car back. I hope they can fix this wrong! Very dissatisfied customer service! 😠
They double charged me for my rental and they said that I will have cash back. But until now I cannot get it back. We get in Chicago last February 12 almost a month now. Please give back my money. She said $150.00 cash back. But what happened? No cash back!
Worst car renting experience I have ever and will ever encounter DO NOT EVER rent a car from them your bill will go from 300 to 800 on a bunch of charges they won’t explain they charged me 8 dollars a gallon of gas to fill up the tank that was not given to me full. Do not rent from them period!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER spend a little extra I will never ever even think about using them again

1 employee working, waiting in a long line in the cold 🥶 OUTSIDE IN CHICAGO!!! Terrible...never again. Pay the extra $20 bucks and go with another rental place.
