All of the staff at Fox storage was really helpful polite and professional. My only suggestion would be to consider opening on Sundays/Bank Holidays even if for mornings to provide more flexibility to access your storage. The only other aspect would be the cost post initial month which I feel is excessive and would stop me using Fox again in the future.
Only need the storage for a short period. After talking to Sean and Tom they helped me make a decision on the right facility for my needs. They were extremely efficient and professional. The facilities were immaculate and I am confident my possessions are safe and secure with easy access. Thanks
Arranging storage was straightforward from obtaining a quote to using the facility. All the staff have been professional friendly and helpful. My one disappointment was that the facility wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday (Mayday bank holiday weekend). I was completing a house sale on 6 May and having access the full weekend before would have been so helpful. I assumed it was and should have checked.
Very good service, James assisted us well and gave clear advice and will be taking a unit.

Very easy to book the unit. Very clean. I would have given it 5 stars but there are only 3 small trolleys so I had trouble loading a bed frame. There are also not enough trolleys so you have to wait for one to become available.
The whole process from initial enquiry through to delivery of storage items was fully explained and professional. The agent (James) kept me informed throughout the build up to completion of the licence arrangement. The locker that was demonstrated to me during my initial visit was reserved for me to use some 3 weeks later. Handling carts were available to help move my storage items to the locker. The Fox team was excellent throughout and I am very grateful.
Brilliant service and communication, from initial phone call to first trip down. Nothing was an issue and he did all he could to help and speed up my hiring of the storage and not to delay me in my move. Very polite and helpful!
