Management matters! I was SO impressed with how quickly the management at Fox Trails handled the aftermath of the tornado in May. I saw Julie in the parking lot at around 7:30 AM getting absolutely pounded by rain and hail. Within just a few hours there were already landscapers cleaning up all of the big, beautiful trees that had been blown down. The entire staff worked tirelessly to put the property back together. Best place in the neighborhood! I highly recommend Fox Trails if you are looking in North Plano. The place is immaculate, the manager Julie is very easy to talk to. Prices are a bit higher but look around! You get what you pay for...

Very nice place to call home I have really enjoyed the time I have spent here. The past two years have been easy-breezy. The manager, Julie and the maintenance manager, John are both top notch. They keep the whole property clean and the landscaping looks great. Maintenance shows up within minutes during the week. Highly recommend.
Good place. They are nice in the office and accommodating. They are fast when I need help in my house. It’s clean too
Love it here! This is an excellent place to call home. The manager and assistant are both top notch and I really like the new maintenance manager. All of them are friendly and even though I have only had a couple work orders in the past 2 years they got done the same day. Great place!
Love this place I would give them 10 stars if I could. All my problems and work orders were resolved to my satisfaction within 4 hours of me placing the request. Since moving 2 months ago they provided me with brand new microwave oven and refurbished but good working condition gas range . My son loves it here he plays all day and has managed to make many friends within matter of few days. The basketball court and tennis court is great attraction for kids. Poor Experience We moved into our apartment just one day ago — on Saturday — and what should have been an exciting moment turned into an absolute nightmare. To our shock, the AC was not working. The leasing office was fully aware of our move-in date, yet the unit was clearly not ready at all. It was over 90°F on Saturday and 104°F on Sunday. Garbage If you are homeless, you would rate this apartment complex a 3. Prepare to get your rent jacked, vehicle towed and have to fix up your own place when things break. Don't believe what they tell you, they will just lie and tell you that everything will be grand after your next payment.

Sauna for an apartment Leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that my ac still isn’t working the way it should and it still gets very hot in my apartment over 80+ degrees inside feels like a sauna at times can’t have family or friends over due to the discomfort of the heat has you sweating while sitting on your couch even at 10 pm it will be at 77 degrees and won’t go any lower until midnight I’ve had them come to my apartment about 6 times in the past 2 months regarding my ac and I’m Not the only one in this complex with t... read more
