About this business

Erie, CO veterinary care! When you and your pet become part of the Foxtail Pines family, you’ll likely hear Dr. Skelley refer to “the common denominator” at some point (or several!). So what does that mean? “It’s about diagnostics. First we’ll assess the situation and discuss your pet’s health. Then, we work together to find the solution we’re all comfortable with,” he says. We know that there is no “one size fits all” approach to veterinary medicine. That’s why we ensure a one-on-one approach instead. We learn about your... read more

I can't say enough about Foxtail Pines. They are very knowledgeable and caring. Our kitty has been very sick, and they are doing everything possible to diagnose and treat her. I suspect they do not always charge us full price because of how much we have already paid elsewhere for tests and procedures. I love the office staff and Vets here!

Our kitty has had a rough week. He had a urinary blockage and spent Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day weekend at the emergency vet which was very stressful for him. Dr. Skelley and his staff made us very worried kitty-parents feel like everything was going to be okay even at the worst and most heartbreaking times. I cannot thank... read more

Lola is the ultimate scaredy-cat pit-bull... Afraid of everyone and everything... And she LOVES Dr Jim! Everyone on staff is delightfully helpful and kind. They do what's needed and don't try to talk you into procedures that aren't. ❤ them all!
