Your office could be a role model for what other offices should be like, friendly, professional and warm. I came into the office for a consultation and was very pleased with my experience. I was introduced to all of the employees and made to feel at home. I am very pleased to be a patient of Dr. DuCoin because of his expertise in dental care. No more multiple appointments with various dental professionals as Dr. DuCoin can make crowns in his office and complete the procedure the same day. He is also an implant specialist. Crown came detached previous night. Contacted Dr.'s office first thing following morning. Was able to obtain a mid-afternoon, emergency appointment. Was pleasantly surprised when Doctor Ducoin inspected crown and determined it was still viable after 13 plus years. (note: crown was placed on tooth by former dentist). After inspecting tooth and cleaning crown, Dr. Ducoin re-attached crown to tooth. Mindy, dental hygienist was excellent! Very efficient, friendly and made me feel right at home. She's the type of person you can sit and chat with for hours, except for the fact that you're actually there to have your teeth cleaned and unfortunately, you can't! Dr. DuCoin is great as well.
