Frank's team was extremely helpful. Marcy was responsive, and helped to answer our questions. For future improvement, homeowners are generally not fully educated in the industry terminology used. Help define terminology with the client.
Given pandemic circumstances, everything was buttoned-up in a timely fashion. Safely prepared for the final meeting (husband and I received separate pens to write with to avoid potential cross-contamination of COVID). Honest. Straight forward. Pleasure to work with.
