my son's had a appointment. the front staff was rude and unprofessional. I asked for the manager and she was rude. I have been coming to this location for eight years and today was the worse service I received.
The office that I USED to go to in Smyrna is stealing the money my mom paid in FULL almost 5k for the treatment total. I switched orthodontist and never got my retainer with them. My mom went back to get the money and they told her to call a number and she was going back and forth with no response. They eventually told her they’d send a check… never got one. ABSOLUTE WORST ESTABLISHMENT! TERRIBLE STAFF THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THESE KIDS IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BABIES DO NOT BRING THEM HERE
Very unprofessional. I had appointments for my kids and i. Waited a month to be seen got called 3 days before to be told they dont see adults. Drove 1.5 hours (gas prices suck) to be told masks are required. I explained I am exempt due to ptsd. and those aren't even legal requirements anymore they laughed and rolled their eyes at me. I asked if a face shield could be an accommodation and they stated it would still have a mask attached. And then canceled our appointments while we were standing there.
