Great staff at NPN, I was improving with the Physical Therapy by Anna. The RF treatments might help some people but I never saw any change with several treatments a week for 6 months. The office staff refused to book me with Anna unless I submitted to 3 or 4 RF treatments. Problem with that is by that time Anna would be booked out for a month. I went when it was Integrative regional Medical Center, and while the doctor was great, they charged me way beyond what I was supposed to be charged and then kept billing me more. It took a long time to get everything straight and stop their billing and I will never go back. I felt ripped off financially even though it helped my knees some.
This location has reportedly allowed for an employee to come into the facility Covid positive, endangering other fellow employees as well as patients. This is a clear danger for the public as the owner also believes Covid is a liberal hoax. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY.
