I had an awful experience with Jenny and Freedom Brides. They are misleading and unprofessional. My friend bought her dress from her and had a pleasant experience so I rented a dress from her that I had picked out 4 months before my wedding. Jenny put the dress on me, went over what would need to be done to the dress and assured me it could be done. This is such a tragic situation. My staff and I are very sorry for the distress that Alicia went through and we sincerely hope she can see that we worked hard for her. We all tried so hard to please Alicia and just could not. My staff and I gave her everything she wanted at a great extra cost to my store and still ultimately have to endure the bad review.
