DO NOT DO IT. If I could give 0 stars I would. After being recommended this company by Solar Quotes we had a large system installed in January 2024. Flash forward to October last year and multiple defects were found. Including but not limited to: Undersized feed in cable, fraudulent CCEW provided to essential energy and multiple other issues...Including drilling into the inverter and voiding the warranty! Don’t fall for the sales pitch Fabulous Sales pitch… Poor execution & awful follow up service. After being convinced by a great salesman, installation was substandard. We were left with holes in our new roof, debris everywhere, our nbn receiver was removed & not remounted, we had to secure wires & re-do wiring & distribution board was incomplete. Circuit breakers installed incompatible…. Seriously. This was more than a year ago. We are still having VERY poor follow up service and still have unresolved issues. Don’t fall for ... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After talking to Freedom Energy Solution for a solar solution for my home and an agreement was made on the system specification all the way down to component level and a price was agreed too, after sending in all the required paperwork for them they said they made a mistake in my quote and it will be at least $5000 more expensive than what the quoted and they will not honour the pricing that they gave me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT HONOUR WHAT THEY SAY OR QUOTE
