They really need to change their website it’s misleading in my opinion. I’m sure you have to hear complaints daily. Tough job. I obviously made a mistake by buying this system. I ordered the Eco seven.The first system that we received had charcoal that came during the priming process. It seemed like more charcoal than should be expected. We immediately called the help line and spoke to Craig, who said to proceed, despite stating there were probably 3 cups of charcoal that came out. We proceeded as instructed hired a plumber certified hooked it up. We ran pressure low as instructed per the instruction manual.
