First the wrong flowers were delivered I’m not upset about that. But the second delivery the flowers were already wilting. Didn’t last a week.

My flowers died by the 3rd day.
The flowers were wilted. I know it was a special holiday but wilted flowers should not be delivered. Delivery guy was good. Just the condition of the flowers was not acceptable.
The first arrangement I received the flowers were not fresh. Some had already turned brown. I called Freemans and told them. They said bring them back in. I did and spoke with the Manager.,She said they would replace the ones that weren’t fresh. When I got the 2nd arrangement it was worse than the first. I will never use Freemans again and have told my relatives and friends to take Freemans off their go to florist in Amarillo, TX.
