RecommendedI don’t much care for vets, and generally follow my cat’s opinion about them. But he seemed to like Ben and his crew, so that’s the highest recommendation I can give.
I can’t recommend Ben enough. Whether at the practice or over the phone he is always super informative. He takes time to explain the situation and makes sure that we understand. Exceptional service and always a great experience

Great having this vet nearby!! Dr Ben Yap is calm, knowledgable, genuine, and great with small mammals. He treated two of my guinea pigs fantastically and even helped us with a stowaway ringtail possum the other week! I trust Ben to give the best advice and do the right thing by our family & furry friends.
What more can i say, Ben is an extremely insightful and helpful veterinarian. He provided some quick and ultimately accurate assistance with our new kitten who had some tummy troubles.
I highly recommend Frenchs Forest vet- the staff are super friendly as soon as you walk in! The vet explains everything very well and takes a genuine interest in the health of your dog! All staff either over the phone or outside the vet practice (due to Covid) have been happy to take time and give me great advice!
