Avoid This Business – Misleading and Time-Wasting Practices I purchased a shampoo for my dog, and I was overcharged due to their mistake. The process to resolve this simple issue has been a nightmare. After multiple visits, calls, and even providing photographic proof of their error, they still failed to refund me properly.
