i received a prompt response when I sent them a message, they were closed at the time and responded back that night.
called dealer about car , was told car was still avail. drove almost an hour to get there, when they went to show me the car they could not find it. they came back in a few minutes and told me the car was sold last sat. and never taking of their computer. then they tried to show me a 2008 ford edge that just came in with around 82,000 miles for around the same price. I gave them a payment i was looking to achieve over the phone. They "talked" to there sales manager and called back and said they could do that payment. I drove 1.5hrs to them only to get the best offer of $90 higher than what i requested. Not good buisness...

Gonna charge crap fees that I have never seen any dealer ever charge. Tax on a car in SC is a Max of $300 and you are gonna charge me $500? Plus fees to document and security I don't need? Waste of my time
I was contacted and contracted and contacted by this dealership. In a 48 hour period, 3 different sales people called me, several emails also. This was a big turn off for me. Didn't even go look at the car I was interested in.
I told them I wanted the car, but wanted to see it. We started to the dealership, which was a 2 1/2 hour drive. They sold it before we got to the dealership. At least, they contacted me letting me know they sold it.
I called and told him I was coming out to check the vehicle out the next day was on my way and they sold it out from underneath me they should've told me to put it down on it before they sold it

Worst experience ever!!! Car listed confirmed with salesman Wayne car still available. Appt to see car at 330pm confirmed car still available at 2pm. Drove 73 miles to dealership when I arrived salesman Wayne stated someone just took vehicle for test drive, but he could show me new vehicle. 20 minutes later Wayne stated the vehicle I came to see was sold. Yet now 7 days later car is still listed on Car Guru even with another discounted price. Very shady business dealings and unethical and unprofessional. Would not recommend!... read more
