ran my credit too many times I was assisting my niece (her credit score was low so I had to purchase but not after they ran my credit multiple times) with the purchase and I am very unhappy with the amount of times they ran my credit (score of 855) and the letters I have received stating my delinquent account from the banks, so untrue. Bob was very argumentative and hard to deal with. From the moment we entered the lot, he was on us asking if we were going to trade in our car. We had not even driven a car yet. When we went back and wanted a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Turbo with a standard package, he said they did not make them. We told him they did and showed him what we wanted in the Hyundai brochure.
