"Caleb Tester is the man to buy from." Caleb at Friendship Hyundai goes above and beyond for his customers. I would buy from him time and time again. We only encountered one person at the dealership that was less then friendly and have heard similar complaints about this individual from numerous people. Overall though we had a great experience.
"Bill Bentley" Awesome guy!! Awesome experience!! I will always buy a vehicle from Hyundai at Johnson City!! Billy is very good at his job!! He made my husband and I feel great about every vehicle I liked and test drove! He never pressured me into anything and I am very happy with my purchase!!!!!
"Good service" I visited earlier just checking types of vehicles. Alycia provided info. My son and I went back to look and were greeted by a young man who was very helpful and found Alycia. I did a test drive and pretty much decided to purchase. Called back on a following day and made arrangements. Overall things went smooth.
"Outstanding Service" The car industry needs more friendly sales associates like Alycia Faulk. Alycia took her time to ride along on the test drive due to the fact I was unfamiliar with the area. She gave great direction to see both city and highway driving. Alycia worked with my insurance company on questions I could not resolve while at work. This was outstanding customer service.
"Friendship Dealership" . It's the first time we have visited the dealership and were very impressed. We were only looking but came home with a car. Excellent customer service
"Santa fe." Happy with Santa fe and dealership employees. Great to work with Randy Johnson and others are great to deal with.was able to agree on trade and made a deal in a couple of hours.

"James McKeehan is a jewel in Hyundai's crown!" Friendship Hyundai, James McKeean and all staff are wonderful! Everyone from James to the finance team were very professional, patient and knowledgable. I will refer Friendship to my friends.
"Best car buying experience" This was the best car buying experience at a dealership I have ever been through. Caleb was a great help and I felt like I got the best price on a great car with no pressure or gimmicks. I am thrilled with my purchase and will recommend Friendship Hyundai in the future.
