"Puchased used 2011 Sonata. Within 2 months I had issues with" Excellent sales and customer service. Worked with Nathan Hughes when engine problems ocuured. He provided a free loaner car for close to 2 weeks while new engine placed in car at no cost. Very positive experience.

Don't like waiting and expect everything to be in order to close the deal. I've done 22 years of title and closing so I know a professional staff. They all work together to assure the deal is seamless. What else can a customer as for?

"Great customer service" Very friendly staff. No one ever did call me to set up my blue link on my car. Also they never called me to tell me about my ring if they found it or not. It was important to me to see if they could find my ring. But not important enough to you all to even try to find it and get back in contact with me.
