RecommendedOnly had one issue and that was a ear mites test was performed without informing me this was happening and they charged me for that services anyway. What if I did not want or could not cover the service provided. Their way of correcting the issue at hand was to put in my chart “before performing any test, they will inform me first”. They felt like since they informed me that my pet came back positive for ear mites and I requested to fix the issue that I concur with paying for the test. RecommendedI rescue cats and get contacted frequently about stray cats and kittens. This morning I was contacted about a neonatal kitten with a serious injury. Due to transportation issues I couldn't get to a vet until after 5pm. After calling several clinics the only one willing to accommodate us was Friendswood Animal Clinic.
