I did not have high expectations but I was proven wrong. very knowledgeable tech, easy to understand and guide me. I have to order a part so I can't proclaim "problem solved" yet. But he even found the part online and sent me a link to it. I am optimistic. FYI was working on resolving an air handler on which the fan would not shut off except by the circuit breaker.
