Karina (I don't know if it's spelled with a c or k) was so sweet and helpful. I asked if she had lemons and she happily said she can go to the bar and grab me some. She was closing but didn't rush us out. Please give her a raise . Food was great but service was everything .I'll get beers from her rather than the bar just because she was so nice.

It was a pleasure having you as our guest, Alexis! Thanks for the wonderful review and we hope to see you again soon!
Surprise of the trip so far. Great restaurant located in Hard Rock Casino. Food was amazing. Enough so that we had dinner there two nights in a row. Everything we tried was excellent. Service was friendly but a bit slow the first night but right on point the second night. Highly recommend this for dinner if in Sioux City.
Staff was amazing and so helpful. Food was great and prices were fair. Too bad the casino took all our cash

Sam, thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5-star review! We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your meal with us, and we look forward to serving you again in the near future.
I've eaten here a couple random times. I feel they're a little proud of their prices so if I'm at Hard Rock and I really want a meal I'll just go to the Buffet or to Main & Abby. You're gunna spend about the same. Sometimes I earn a voucher for $5 at the Fuel. That's the only time I've ever eaten there except for once. They have really good cheese cake and the other day I used my voucher to get pretzel bites and they came out so hot I couldn't even touch them. By the time they cooled down they were rock hard (no pun intende... read more

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from the 24 hour fast food spot in a casino, but was pleasantly surprised. Judging by the reviews to date, it looks like they may have made some improvements. The wait staff was extremely friendly, and helpful with recommendations and I couldn't have been happier with the late night grub! We had the pretzel bites and buffalo chips to start- in hindsight I would have stopped there- both were very filling and delicious! We also had the Shroom burger (add bacon) and the LA Woman wrap. ... read more

Kelly, thanks for the awesome review! I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the food at Fuel, and we are looking forward to serving you again soon.
A pretty good burger and tasty tots to go along with it. Service was quick and efficient. Only complaint about the cheeseburger was that it was the beef, cheese, and bun. I wish they offered some lettuce and tomato to go along with it. Other than that, it was pretty good.
This place is very lackluster. But when you are gambling and hangry, there aren't many options at the Hard Rock. I had the chicken sandwich with fries. I've had better at Wendy's. Damn, now I want a frosty.

Slow service and mediocre food. That about says it all. Have eaten here several times hoping it would get better.
We ordered chili cheese dogs waited 45 min for our food to have it given to someone else them had too wait another 15 min for them to make another hotdog. Ridiculous worst service every!
