UPDATE: in the past few days I have 5+ current fulbright parents interested in the new school. This school is awful, just to note my two kids went here for over a year, so I have alot of familiarity with this school, the administration and the teaching staff. My mother was a Montessori school teacher, so I am really familiar with Montessori structure. In response to the director's comment, yes, my review is very much about this school. My initials are my maiden name, never updated on here. I stated my reasons for never coming forward to management in my review. My children are out of the school and my family has moved on to a better environment. All is good with us.

I am a 34 year old working mom and after much research and several school tours, I placed my 2 yr old son at Fulbright back in Sept 2013. I've never written a public review but I feel that it is my responsibility as a mother to share our story. At first the school made a very positive impression on us with their environment, curriculum and staff and we were happy with our decision to place our son there. A beautiful school, lots of natural light and large classrooms with vaulted ceilings. School director, Maria, is unethical, in it for the money. Expect to pay extra for everything under the sun, this is her business. Teachers are good, some better than others. Did not find that the Montessori method was actually upheld all the time, they say they are child centered and focused, but there is definitely a curriculum that all children are expected to follow along with.

Director & owner of Fulbright Montessori, Maria Houlihan, is lack of professional ethic code. My experience with the owner & director at Fulbright, Maria Houlihan, was terrible. Prior to meeting with Maria, I was told by a friend that Maria is not an honest person & her experience with Maria was nothing but horrible.
