I went in, did the paperwork like you are supposed to, waited 10 minutes then they called me back to get ready. I waited until 11 am to get my wisdom teeth extracted. All I remember is them telling me to scoot my head up some on the headrest, then getting up to leave. It’s all I remember because of how well they did.
Very pleasant and kept me very calm they was the best
The doctor was thorough about my procedure and even explained to me that my right nerve in my jaw is bigger than the left side. So hours later when I was at home and the medicine started to wear off I understood why I was having double the inflammation in my right side then my left. The staff was excellent and the doctor
I had a full mouth extraction done on Friday (it is now Sunday) and I am quite impressed with this office. I went in nervous and my BP was elevated, and they made sure it was just dental anxiety causing it before my procedure. They explained things to me, answered any questions I had, and placed the IV, then the dentist came in and talked to me before the procedure and asked me questions pertaining to my clearances from my specialists, they told me to scoot up to the head rest, and next thing I remember I was home. All the staff was very kind and helpful. They all treated me with compassion and was very professional.
It was done very fast from my perspective, and the staff were all kind.
Wonderful visit everyone was so nice I was in and out thank you guys so much I did not feel a thing
Overall the staff was very friendly and nice! I do think there should be more privacy when talking with patients in a busy waiting room. We heard multiple HIPPA violations while waiting. I also am not sure what happened but I got absolutely no time to wake up from the anesthesia. When I opened my eyes I was being pulled to sit on the end of the chair and put my shoes on.
