Being a new patient is always scary at times, but these ladies were so kind, understanding and most of all very informative. They worked with my insurance and explained how it pre approves all procedures. The explained the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Cheng and her assistant to all my family and friends. This team is by far the best I have encountered. My daughter had to have 2 teeth pulled and has severe anxiety about the procedure and how she would feel afterwards. I can’t put into words how amazing this entire team treated my daughter, but I will try! They were caring, understanding, and made her feel more at ease and just all around made the process so much easier. I can’t thank them enough. If you are in need of dental work this is the place to go!Â

The staff that I directly dealt with were great. The lady that set up my IV and assisted the doctor was one of the best that I have seen. However, at approximately 8am, there was a blonde middle aged woman who walked in that worked here. Even though the place was extremely busy and everyone was working really hard to get people in as quickly as they could, she began yelling, in front of everyone, at the staff that was at the front desk.
