Start practicing with more INTEGRITY and ETHICAL practices. Often seems to be looking for "billable" hours whether you need a procedure or not. Always WAY OFF THE MARK with insurance estimates. NOT willing to resolve - always anyone in "leadership" is unavailable to accept a telephone call and will NEVER return a call. BEWARE and always get a second opinion or expect to be PAYING for unnecessary services.
Until recently, I would have given Fuller Dental a 5-star rating; however, I can no longer do that. I cannot recommend Fuller Dental at all. At one of my routine visits, my dentist advised me to have some work done even though I was not experiencing any problems. I am not a dentist, and because I trusted my dentist, I agreed to have the procedures done. I was given an estimate based on what my insurance was going to pay.
