It is a pleasure dealing with people that are professional and cpurteous. I had a great experience dealing with customer service.. it was fast, efficient and they knew exactly what they were saying. They helped me out tremendously dealing with my other loans that was charging sky high interest rates and never getting the balance down. As soon as we ended our conversation, I saw those other 2 loans closed and paid for. Once my credit score goes up a bit I will be apply for a loan for my medical asap.
