It is a pleasure dealing with people that are professional and cpurteous. I had a great experience dealing with customer service.. it was fast, efficient and they knew exactly what they were saying. They helped me out tremendously dealing with my other loans that was charging sky high interest rates and never getting the balance down. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them. Thanks for y'all's time. ****, HIS MANAGER who's name is also **** and ***** director of compliance. Very professional people here. I feel bad for waisting there time. But we agreed that my finace situation is not a good fit for this program.
