Great way to put new patients at ease. I don't like dentists or hygienists. Today during the first half of my deep cleaning, the hygienist really made me feel at ease. Even though they said I would feel some discomfort afterward, I didn't feel anything.
Deep cleaning part 2 This was the second half of my deep cleaning. I don't know if I was more fearful of what would happen since this side has the bad teeth. But it was much more painful than the last time. The staff was still very friendly and welcoming as the first time. The Novocaine injection hurt and didn't seem to work as well as the one previous.The cleaning though went just as well.

I went in today for deep scaling which I have never had done. Dr. McCormick and Jeanine explained the procedure and why scaling needed to be done. I was really dreading the procedure but it was not bad at all. I can't thank all the staff enough for helping me take care of my teeth.
We have had excellent experience with Doctor and staff.
Disappointed that my appointment ran so late. I like all the people at the dentist, however, when I make an appointment for 2:30pm, I don't want to wait until near 3:00pm to be called back. We have to be to our appointments on time and our time is just as valuable as theirs. That is my only comment.
Everyone was very friendly. Jeannine was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She made X-rays and explained took pictures of teeth so as to be able for better evaluation.
