Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff I usually hate going to a dentist. I don't like probing in my mouth. However here at your firm; I found the experience to be good. I wasn't probed so hard that it hurt and everything was explained to me about what they are going to do for my gums and teeth. I always enjoy coming to fuquay family dentistry because everyone is so nice and helpful! My hygienist spent time showing me proper techniques and was very knowledgable.
It has been longer than I'd like to admit since my last visit to a dentist. I'm not sure I could have asked for a better experience. I did need a root canal and the whole process was explained very well. The filling material didn't work correctly and Dr McCormick called me personally and told me he wasn't happy with the way the x-rays looked. Pleasant experience! Mrs Gray was fantastic. I am a true coward when it comes to cleaning and have always had a fear of a Dentist. This group is great. Caring, compassionate and professional. Three crowns, a bridge and my first two cleanings in over 5 years. I am now back on track with my dental hygiene thanks to Fuquay Family Dentistry
Very friendly and inviting office. Staff are friendly and professional, and are willing to take time to answer questions. I appreciate their interest and expertise while allowing me to participate in the treatment plan options. Loved their hygienist today Cathy, who I have not seen before.
