I had an appointment at 11:20 with the doctor. The office called two days prior advising me to come in a little early before the appointment as I did. I sat in the lobby for 45 mins with no word on how long the wait would be. They took me to the back to sit another 40mins knowing the doctor was doin surgery on another patient. I had to ask what Was going on. Just for them to tell me they will email me my paperwork and costs. This was a horrible visit and customer service.

Dr used a running stitch after my surgery. As soon as one end came loose, the whole thing came undone leaving me with a gaping wound. It did eventually heal, but was very uncomfortable and bled often. What's worse than the surgery, however, is the office staff which demanded payment upfront assuring a refund once the insurance was processed. A year and a half later, I still haven't been refunded. They blame my insurance, but no other provider has had the same trouble.
