Found basement flooded from water spewing from Futuramic water system one day after I paid for routine annual maintenance service and filter changes. The Second technician, who repaired the problem after Futuramic was notified, recommended a water clean up and restoration company and told me that Futuramic’s insurance would pay. Followed up today with Futuramic and I was told they would not pay for damage because I changed the system. Poor customer service!!! Rudest people i have dealt with in a long time!!! VERY SAD TO OPERATE A BUISNESS IN THIS MANNER!!!!
