I cannot say enough good things about Futuramic’s. I had an emergency and these guys were here fast and did a superb job. They were polite, professional, knowledgeable and accommodated my needs. They went up and above to meet my needs. Please give them a chance to show you what they can do!
Found basement flooded from water spewing from Futuramic water system one day after I paid for routine annual maintenance service and filter changes. The Second technician, who repaired the problem after Futuramic was notified, recommended a water clean up and restoration company and told me that Futuramic’s insurance would pay. Followed up today with Futuramic and I was told they would not pay for damage because I changed the system.
