"Bill .."The Master" of Customer Service" I went in to the parts department for a simple battery for my fab. Bill put the new battery in, & took the time to educate me on the uses of the fab. How to start the air conditioner or heater as I am headed across a parking lot. He also explained what I should do if my fab doesn't work or the battery is totally dead.
