"Excellent customer service from Service adviser Jeff Jones" I had a major service done on my car yesterday. Jeff Jones, my service advisor, not only explained what work was being done but he also followed the process of my service job as it was being done. He kept me status-ed and had my car ready on time as promised. I come to Future Nissan for service of my car because I not only trust my service advisor, Jeff Jones but because of his excellent white glove customer service.
