This is hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with any shop — period. I brought my Freightliner Cascadia to Fyda Freightliner in Walton, KY for a simple air leak. I told them exactly where the leak was coming from. Instead of listening, they insisted it was a cracked valve they found and pushed to replace it. Fine — I let them replace the valve.
