4 Star : Likely to Recommend It was an insurance claim but might go back to get the rest of my rims fixed. I just need to save up to do so. It’s on the pricey side 5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service I would have liked more contact outside of just Thursday and tuesday

3 Star : Likely to Recommend Honestly, the experience I had with Crash Champions less than a year ago was much better. The work quality was similar (about 8-9 out of 10) but the communications and the "care" factor was much better. Sylvia (at the desk) and Mary did try their best. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 4 Star : Customer Service G&C was not able to send me emails or texts. 4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service Car is fixed and paint matches. Did finish in 4 days which was quick but the front passenger door isn't exactly lined up correctly and I don't think they sanded the door down before painting.
