4 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality The work completed looks great but somehow I’m missing an engine tray that I swear was on it when I dropped it off. When I noticed and called the shop, they said it wasn’t there. The front bumper had to be removed which means that piece had to be removed before the work was completed. It’s always been there in the past so it just didn’t make sense to me. 4 Star : Customer Service
