A part was ordered by Irwin who misquoted the cost. I received no call to let me know that the part was in. I had to call twice before he was able to inform me that it had arrived. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Had to take time off from work to pick up my truck and it wasn’t finished correctly had to point out miss alignment and over spray and had to take off early a second day to finally get it I would recommend to have the person delivering the vehicle to the customer look at things them self’s first before saying there ready to get the vehicale and wasting the customers time and gas it was clearly obvious that didn’t happen no pre inspection 3.5 Star : Customer Service
