4 Star : Likely to Recommend Some of the front desk staff members are not the friendliest...overall, it wasn't a barrier to getting my repair sorted but the interactions with one of the members of the front office team was my least favorite part of the experience. Our service writer also found that the non-OME fender approved by Allstate did not fit snugly, and he ordered a new one to be shipped and installed.
