Gabriel has helped me when it comes to strength, running, jumping and more. After my ACL surgery Gabriel has helped me get back to working out and being able to run. At Alliance Gabe stays with me during my workouts and I’m never alone which I appreciate. He works with me and has helped me gain confidence back when it comes to exercises. Overall Gabe is very nice and got me where I wished to be after my surgery.
Gabe is a great athletic trainer. He's patient, tailors his approach to my needs, and is always very encouraging. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate athletic trainer, I highly recommend Gabe.
A true miracle worker! Gabe always has a smile on his face and is ready for me to tackle new exercises. He knows exactly what I need to alleviate my symptoms. While I may want to kill him in the moment, I know in the long run I will thank him! Every week he has new exercises for me specific to my wellness plan. I never do the same exercises repeatedly, and I leave feeling so much better every time. Thanks Gabe!
Gabe is the best! He is an excellent listener, is super knowledgeable and always has ways to accommodate if any exercise isn’t quite right or needs to be adjusted! I highly recommend him
