Too busy to evaluate. Sees you and passed you on to PA.
This Dr. Will see once in awhile after that you get his PA. He is so rude that he sent me a certified letter stating he was dropping me as his patient for no reason. I will make sure to notify my insurance so they can drop him!!
What is listed here about this ridiculous Dr. is absolutely true, avoid this man at all cost. He does not care and is very unprofessional in every way. His staff is very rude, he has no time for you and if he sees you it is a complete waste of time. Health Texas should be ashamed to have him use their name.
I would be dead, had i kept going to this man. He told me that i was in good health. If that was true, why did my new doctors find me with Heart problems, stage 2 kidney failure, two anursyms, and that is just for starters, have much more wrong me. Told me that if you were over 70 and had something wrong, they had decided not to treat it. One of the worst Doctor I have ever seen. The doctor that retired and passed away that Ortiz took over, would be ready to put him out of business.
He is horrible! Most times I just see the nurse and when I do see him he is in a hurry and doesn't know what he is talking about! He told my husband that men are born with all the sperm they will ever have???? What??? Now I haven't been there in over a year and they said I can't just make a regular appt. I have to set up as a new patient again?? Why even have a PCP? NEVER GO TO HIM!!

In five visits I never could see the doctor, although I am always told "next time the Dr is going to see you". Waiting area is cramped, last time I went I caught a serious flu while waiting for my appointment. Follow up is non-existent. Stay away from this one, as I will
