We took my sons tablet to get the screen replaced on June 3rd and when we got it back on June 29th, the battery was dying quickly and it hadn’t done that before we got the screen replaced. So I returned it back to them on July 1st. On July 3rd, they told me that battery needed to be replaced that they would quote me $100 to fix it, then they realized that I had just taken it to them so they said they would look at it again. Absolutely WORST business transaction and experience ever! After being told our device would be ready multiple times, going in over and over, calling repeatedly and that going on for THREE WEEKS….our device has a NEW issue and the issue they fixed is now broken again after 1 month!!! Complete waste of $100 and 3 weeks of time! I would NEVER recommend this company!
