Seats are nice. Theater clean and everyone was super friendly. Wish the movie were a bit louder or had subtitles. All in all 5 stars. Only bought dipndotz foods a bit pricey.
It would have been an ok experience if I had not been so cold I was literally shaking. When you walked out of the theater into the lobby you could tell a huge temperature change. With the price to watch a movie you should be able to afford to heat the place. Also the recliner seats were uncomfortable. The foot rest doesn't come up far enough.
I HAD SUCH A PREMIERE DAY AFTER GOING TO PREMIERE CINEMA 16 IN GADSDEN!😁😁😁Every one of the employees do their jobs very well! 🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️🙂↕️The customer service is top tier!☺️☺️☺️ Our theater was so clean when we got in there!🧼🧼🧼 The food is spectacular. The wings are so yummy!😋😋😋😋 Would visit again!
Clean, comfortable seats. All you can eat popcorn that you can put butter and salt like you want. I do think they had coke zero in the coke on the fountain. It didn't taste right.
I’m not sure if it was just the seat I was in, but it was extremely uncomfortable. The bottom doesn’t come out far enough, and I felt as if I was going to slide out of the chair the entire time. Too much forward tilt. Drinks and popcorn are too expensive, but I paid it anyways. Our movie was fantastic, but the sound was subpar. Maybe it was the movie we were watching, but I couldn’t enjoy the popcorn because the crunching of popcorn drowned out the voices in the movie. Maybe the volume could have been turned up.
